Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2025

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all transactions made through the Finswitch app and website https://finswitch.in, owned and operated by Elitinity Space Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).


1. Investments Are Non-Cancellable

  • Once an investment is successfully made through the Finswitch Platform, it cannot be cancelled by the investor.
  • This is because investments are directly allocated to specific real estate projects and tokenized assets.

2. Refunds

  • Investments once processed are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
    1. If the transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account.
    2. If the investment could not be allocated due to technical errors or project closure.
  • In such cases, the full refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. Double Payment / Incorrect Debit

  • If your account is debited more than once for a single transaction, the extra amount will be refunded within 7–10 business days after proper verification.

4. Processing of Refunds

  • All refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the same payment method used during the transaction (UPI, Net Banking, Card, Wallet, etc.).
  • We work with Razorpay and other secure payment gateways to ensure safe and timely processing.

5. No Cash / Manual Refunds

  • Refunds will not be made in cash or via offline/manual modes.
  • Only digital refunds to the original source account will be processed.
